	Standard motel room with a double bed and a single bed. This room can hold up to 3 people. Prices same as above.
	Efficiency Units: 2 double beds, pull out couch and a kitchen May:$80 June: $91- $95 July: $116- $119 August: $119- $122 Sept: $83 *Holiday and Special events weekends will be slightly higher
	2 night minimum stay is required Children under 10 are free eveyone over the age of 10 will be charged $10 per person per night extra. There will be a 14% tax added onto the above prices. Must be 25 yrs or older to rent a room. Holiday and special events will be slightly higher. One night deposit required by check or money order. Deposit refundable minus 25% service fee only if 2 weeks notice is given, NO refund if less than 2 weeks notice is given. No refunds given for early departure. You are responsible for all night you reserved. Balance due at check in by cash or credit no personal checks. One parking space per unit. No pets. Only people that are guests of the motel are permitted in the pool and on the grounds. Check in is 2pm to 10pm, if later please let us know and we will make arrangements
